Actually, Batman is no longer Batman. He now wants to grow up to be Indiana Jones. Recently he has requested that we call him Indiana Powers Sheffler.
Indiana is changing schools... temporarily.
His latest "frustration" at school was the last straw for staff, and rightfully so. He now has to attend an alternative school for 6 weeks, and then they will allow him back to his regular classroom the end of October.
He starts Tuesday.
We are all hoping this will be Indiana's wake-up call, and allow him to realize he has more freedom than he thinks. His 'new' class consists of students from 4-6th grade, and he will be only 1 of 5 students. They will be able to monitor him closely in this setting, which is a good & a bad thing. I just pray he doesn't like this format. He may crave the attention too much & choose not to leave.
(breathe in, breathe out)
Tuesday.
Whatever gets him educated. This may work out much better than you thought Al...
